Helium (HNT) Jumps After SEC Dismisses Lawsuit Against Team Behind the Decentralized Wireless Network

The SEC, which initially filed the lawsuit in January, had accused Nova Labs of distributing unregistered securities.

In a latest weblog put up, Helium says the dismissal of the case is a “landmark end result” for the digital property business and DePIN (Decentralized Bodily Infrastructure Networks) know-how, which tokenizes real-world infrastructure.
