CFTC Appoints New Management to Strengthen Crypto Oversight

The U.S. Commodity Futures Buying and selling Fee (CFTC) has introduced key management modifications aimed toward reinforcing its oversight of cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and different digital belongings. Appearing Chairman Caroline D. Pham revealed that Harry Jung has been appointed as Appearing Chief of Employees, a place that shall be central to the CFTC’s efforts in shaping digital asset coverage.

Moreover, former SEC Commissioner Paul Atkins has been nominated because the everlasting SEC Chair, signaling additional regulatory changes.
