Indian Crypto Launderer Busted for $20 Million Scam

Anurag Pramod Murarka, an Indian citizen, has been sentenced to over 10 years in a US jail for laundering greater than $20 million in unlawful funds.

Murarka will serve not less than 85% of his sentence beneath federal legislation and face three years of supervised launch afterward.

Murarka operated beneath aliases like “elonmuskwhm” and “la2nyc”, promoting money-laundering providers on darknet platforms from April 2021 to September 2023.
