Crypto Exec Blasts BIS: ‘Fear, Arrogance, Or Ignorance—Their Views Are Dangerous’

A serious conflict has erupted between cryptocurrency trade leaders and banking regulators over the best way to deal with the rising crypto market.

CoinFund president Christopher Perkins has referred to as the Financial institution for Worldwide Settlements’ (BIS) current suggestions on cryptocurrency regulation “harmful” for all the monetary system.

Banking Regulators Push For ‘Containment’ Of Crypto Markets

The BIS printed a report on April 15 titled “Cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Finance: Capabilities and Monetary Stability Implications,” which urged a method to isolate digital foreign money from conventional finance.
