Meta is giving its prime executives greater bonuses than ever because it tries to remain aggressive with different tech giants.

On Thursday, Meta wrote in a Securities and Change Fee submitting that it had “authorised a rise” within the goal bonus proportion for its government officers. The goal has greater than doubled, from 75% of their base salaries as a bonus in 2023 and 2024, to 200% in 2025.
